We blitzed forward with the Mountain stunning their star Rotspawn. But alas Quickfinger's shambling move forward on his own exposed him to a blitz from a superstar Pestigor and then a rookie Pestigor block. The rookie somehow injured the superstar zombie! With a second smashed hip he simply had to be retired today, on his landmark 150th match. A sad loss. Didn't quite make the all-time oldest Box zombie record. Not only that but a zombie was badly hurt (also not regen'd) and yet another was KO'd on the LOS. A brutal start.

After that with defence in tatters we focussed on beating down on their Rotspawn. We did have one highlight, when well into the half Seal finally succeeded with one of the gang fouls and niggled the thing! The Mountain would also have killed a superstar warrior if it wasn't for its regen.
The Nurgle then scored at the last moment they could. We then only stunned rotters on the LOS.

Second half we made an advance on one flank. The Nurgle Warriors marked us up. We had both Mummies and Wights ready to hit on a crucial turn. But the Mountain was somehow stopped in his tracks by foul appearance! That stopped our cascade of strength advantage blocks. Yggardis was then exposed to a blitz after Duke Death was ko'd. The superstar Pestigor Dickory gave Yggardis a retirement injury, picked the ball up and went off to secure their win! We end a poor performance 2-0 down. Werdna did appear to kill a Warrior late on with another foul but again the damage was regen'd.
