“A game that I threw away literally! I was having some horrid luck with 1s but was ahead 2-1 on the scoreboard and in scoring position thanks to some lucky casualties (unfortunately for my opponent).

I then did something very very stupid. I threw the ball with no reroll left to try and get a guy from 14 to 15 SPP and get another player to score. I duly rolled another 1, and my opponent was then able to pick up the ball, dodge like hell, GFI like hell etc and take the ball way out of my reach and score a tying TD.

He was very lucky compared to me, but I can't blame the luck entirely as it was my greed pure and simple that cost me the victory (and a much needed 10K) when I could have simply run in to take a 3-1 lead but I wanted just one more SPP as well heh.

Anyways, it my opponent did play well and full credit to him for staying focused and still taking risks so he could capitalise on my mistake.”
