Máel was once a religious devotee, ordained in the worship of God, but when the war came upon him his temple was burned and broken to the ground. Those who gathered to him for protection were slaughtered. The war took from him his congregation and his faith. Now he worships in blood. His only prayers now are whispered words spoken into the ears of those that have died to his hands. He brings to the Bloodbowl pitch all the same fervour and zeal that he once devoted to religion, but now his only creed is violence.
