I've been mighty frustrated keeping my catchers alive, so now I'm dedicating them, not to scoring, but to frustrating opposing coaches. Blodge, sidestep, diving tackle...that sort of thing. And what can be more frustrating to coaches than to have a lowly str 2 player blast open holes through their lines, regardless how strong they are?
