The Boston Celtics first came together after hearing about the NFL and a similarly named team (who they're certain played in the NFL). At the same time, the NWFL was reforming with new teams. The manager went out and found players with names as close as possible to their namesake team, certain that this would lead them to victory.



History:
Season V preseason: The Boston Celtics are second only to a team who won two of their games due to format. Angry over this injustice, they vowed to not let that stop them for the regular season.
