Team joined the league halfway through season 1 and consequently found themselves up against much better teams.

A solid 1 win, 2 draws and 2 losses set them up well to move into a second season. However, losing two players in a 3-1 overtime loss against the Wight Rhinos in the cup provided a short-term setback.
