Working at the famous docks at Barak Varr as security guards was rough enough already. Illegal imports and exports of goods, magical trinkets and all sorts and having to stop it all. The lads were already getting into trouble because they were a little too enthusiastic when it came to laying down the law on anyone that broke it. The harbor master said that it would affect business if they carried on conducting themselves in that way. So he took it upon himself to sign them up to the Blood Bowl Leagues to use some of their "enthusiasm" more constructively. So the start of the Barak Varr Vigilantes journey began and the lads have never looked back. Plus the harbor master was the sole sponsorship for the team and the logistical company, Barak Varr Maritime, has had some great exposure and business growth due to it. So everyone wins ... mainly the lads. Even if they loose the match, they get to pound the opposition so that their "enthusiasm" appetite is quenched. |
