AWOL Activities
So I've been AWOL for a bit, and to be fair I'm having great fun in real life land....

I am training harder than ever, and I won bronze in the Chundokwan Nationals last month....
I met the X-Factor legend CHICO (He actually said to me 'What time is it? It's CHICO TIME') - life goal achieved
My eldest son Lewis took another step towards black belt
My youngest son Benjamin seems to have an unhealthy obsession with beer bottles
My club trained for a week with grandmaster Sim Pan (8th Dan KUKKIWON/9th Dan Chundokwan)

And I can still throw a killer Yop Chagi (side kick)







Not bad for an old dog!

Now, do I play a BB game? I love BB, but Maybe tomorrow :)

Im sorry to say, that I am happy to se you back. People have been asking me about where you went. You should have heard the things I made up. He went to visit Lizvis, he went to fight ISIS, Cyanide took him... so many good ones, but none better than the real story. The best part is when I finally do meet you, in real life, I know that you have been preparing for our greased wrestling match. Who knew Id be the inspiration for your training!

It's the only reason I'm training so hard Keggie! The pay per view money should be insane....

I'd rather fight ISIS than visit Lizvis to be fair, and Cyanide abducted me but I managed to escape ;)
