Simple Picker Rating
A picker rating to go by the CR?
+/-1 every time you play a coach (+/-5cr) higher/lower than you.
+/-1 for each (+/-10TS) of the team you are playing.
That way if you see someone is a (173.66 (-124)) then you know they are a high ranked coach by picking.
On this basis i'd imagine im a 159.6 (-25ish) and it would serve me right.
Imagine the glory for the 180 (+200) coach.
