Yesterday I won my first smack. In addition, it was the first smack I had ever entered. The team who pulled off this little achievement was my 'current' [R] team The Spooklings. I have found after a couple of years on the site, that the teams that seem to suit me best are Undead and CD. Both teams have a little bit of agility and a fair bit of bashing, which seems to suit my playstyle. With ag teams I score but the teams die way too soon. With bashy teams I actually tend to get bashed, which kind of removes the advantage of bashy teams. Probably because I tend to play a passing dodging game even with those teams. Maybe because I was once blessed with a Chaos team with three ag4 warriors and an ag5 beastman. Even dwarfs die in heaps when I play them, but particularly beastmen tend to get beaten to bits. The middle ground appears to be where I should stay :)
