Mike was sure all government and corporate involvement in everything was a conspiracy, that the collapse of western civilization was imminent, and that It was unhealthy for me to drink milk. After one particularily ranty ride, Mike was dropped off, and I remarked to my boss that I didn't understand Mike. My boss said, "Mac, it's really simple. When you are high on pot, you feel great about yourself and a bit paranoid about everyone else. When you've smoked as much pot as Mike for as long as he has, that becomes your attitude towards everything in life." It made a lot of sense to me!
