Goblin Skills
Revolucion Permanente has played 3 games and has recieved no permanent injuries yet :)

Moreover I managad to win one game and draw another. I used a nice chaisaw/extra troll combo and pulled a 3-0 + no casualties VS Khemri!

I am giving sidestep to my goblins at the moment, but I´d appreciate any comment on what skills and skill combinations you find useful for goblins.

Gracias!

If you have elves in your league - diving tackle. It's really great.

The bulk SS/DT or DT/SS. You'll want DP on doubles, though a Block gobbo or two is nice (DPs are more essential though).

You might want a TTM specialist or two. They would pick from Catch (for the handoff), Sure Feet, and Sprint. +MA goblins are good to turn into TTMers.

All stats are good. 5+5 is a doubles roll, but 6+6 take the ST.

Hola,

I prefer to go SS first before DT when you are playing against the LRB (non-stunty) races. Keeps them safer and in better positions, as well as letting you run along the sidelines. Besides that, you shoul develop one (who hopefully rolls +move or +ag first heh heh) to have catch + sprint + sure feet (in that order) for TTM, and DP on any doubles besides 6+6...unless one rolls doubles on the first skill, in which take block. It's good to have someone to blitz with besides the trolls. You really can't have enough DP though: exchanging a goblin for almost any other player on the opponent's team is usually a good bargain.

For the trolls, give one Multiple Block first (and practice using it if you haven't before), the other Guard, then give them both Break Tackle for when you need to make an emergency troll move away from whatever fodder players they are distracting your trolls with - i.e. blitz or TTM.

Also, spectate OldBugman and his Goblin team, Clockwork Green. Watch some of their replays against various races.

I'll agree with everyone here in respect to SS/DT or vice-versa... and agree that on doubles an even distribution of block and DP are excellent.

As with most races, AG+ is gold... but definitely for gobbos. It makes dodging infallible save the snakes and although you'd hate it if he became lunch... the AG+ gobbo is the best chance for a OTS. The pass just need not be fumbled (or eaten) - it doesn't need to be accurate... but he NEEDS to land safely!

That's a good tip on Bugman, prince... thanks for that.
