50, oh the Shame.
I am not turning 50 years old as some may have guessed. I am announcing my Fling team Public Shame has played its 50th game. I know it isn't much of a milestone compared to others. I just wanted to blog on my progress. This is the self proclaimed rowdiest Fling team in the Ranked Division (but only in front of their Grandmothers.) They are on a Vision quest and wont be steered astray. They have a goal to have a win over every race. That has been proven to be a harder task than anticipated. 6 losses in a row, and a winless streak of 11 has been a Nightmare. Its spiralling staircase into hell. I must remind myself, that hell has the loosest partners, all you can drink moonshine (no mix) and the best darn buffet this side of Vegas. Plus all my friends will be there, arm in arms with that prick Nuffle. Joking, laughing, and throwing rocks onto the BB pitch during a kickoff. Ahh, what a wonderful make believe fairy tale, that is less believable than a Threes Company Episode.

Any who, I have 7 races still to beat and again this is proving to be very difficult!

11 games without a win. I once had, a record of (17/5/17) before my bad luck streak. Now after 50 Games Played my record is (17/7/26)

I actually want to try that next. My box team is 0-3 so far. I started it with Ranked so I will finish it. Then Box. I won't concede a game though Brasky ;)

Hi Keggie; very cool for you to hang in there! I've only managed 16 fling games across 3 teams (6/4/6 record).

17/5/17 was very impressive; too bad you went 0/2/9 after that... ouch!

Won one is nice, and the trees both got a good roll.

Anyone doing real good with flings (which you did til recently) picks, so I wonder how you do so: prioritize non Mb-tackle; specific races (obviously not anymore, since power cycle attempt); low CR; focus on getting a chef (through TV diff or petty cash)?

unlike most other teams, the more skills you have the harder it is to win with stunties. As the tv rises so does the loss rate.

I do some picking. I usually look for a chef and not much tackle. I can't avoid it over the last run of games. My last game I started with a TR of 102 and 11 players. I got cleared by Norse. The thing I love and hate about Flings is that you are usually in the game. Nuffle keeps my hopes up and then stabs me in the neck in the last quarter. As of late I am ending games with 5 players. Not much hope for a win then.
