Sure it's sad.

Wether you like them or not, the fact that that a club with a great tradition like Arsenal gets blown out of the water by teams that are overfinanced toys for foreign billionare criminals or oil sheiks is sad.

In the end the amount of money spent on the Premiership will kill it.

If you take a good team that is well coached and yank some of the key players out at the start of a season they are prone to fall apart.

Has happened to any number of teams in every league in the world.

yeah just watched the highlights...

that was a silly match :/

i realise Arsenal were basically paying their second team but if you're a contender your back-ups should be better than that. Hell they even made Rooney look good (there is a special level of hell reserved for people who do that).

For some reason it reminded me of when i was at school n the cool/ talented kids would pay the "fatties". Guess which team i was on.... NO....!!! BAD MEMORIES!!!!!

I think it's quite sad really.

Scum winning big makes me a sad panda. Mainly 'cos it means the scum winning. Don't really care about Arsenal. Micheal Thomas made me cry in 89. Daft git still thought signing for us a couple of years later would be a good idea...

Mind, did have a proper giggle at the City - Spurs result. :)
