Chaos Dwarf Team Painted
I have been painting the Punga Chaos Dwarf team over the last couple of weeks and here's the lineup..
Starting with the wiiiiiidscreen shot of the full powerful force
Chorf Blockers are the heart of the team
Muscular Bull Centaur, and Minotaur blitz away the opposition
Sneaking about with the ball, and looking to make fouls are the Hobgoblins
The team is led from the sidelines by the coach
Assisted by the Apotho, Wizard, Cheerleader, and a downbeat enslaved Orc
Some of the painting was done in-game, in opposition turns (or waiting in gamefinder) during my BBT run. I mentioned this in chat to a few Coaches. The knack is to paint in ~2minute bursts, then quickly wash the paint off the brush and crack on with my own turn : )

I've never gotten too far into the painting aspect of the game, but these are really exceptional. Great work. The detail is phenomenal.

my CD checklist is long and demanding:
Do the hats look silly? No, Tick.
Do the beards look like armour? No. Tick.
Do the hobgobs have orangey/yellowish/green skin. Yes. Tick.
Are they too pretty to play BB? No. Tick
Is there at least a hint of The Mongols to the hobgobs. Yes. Tick
and then, i suppose, are they painted ok? Yes. Tick.
So these are the second best Chaos Dwarves i have ever seen, and tick every box for me. Stunning work. Really really well done.

Thanks again all. The hobgoblins are also my favourite part of this team. The sculpts are the best I've seen for hobgobs; and I really do enjoy painting greenskins. Something very satisfying about about going from Pink to Yellow via Green.

Impressive work - finding a color scheme to keep the 3 groups separate (hobbos, bulls, Dwarfs) yet unify them as a team also must of taken some thinking. They look great though

Love this BeanBelly. I am far too lazy to take the time to paint troops for tabletop, but I appreciate fine art when I see it :-)
