FUMBBL :: Online Blood Bowl League

I can see a lot of FUMBBLers are already on Talk Fantasy Football but it looks to be a good place to post miniatures pics (following the disussion that we can't post Citadel minis on FUMBBL) - lots of them on there, including the old Citadel ones :) Will keep painting and upload the rest too, need a team for the Welsh Open!

Oh I really like that Skaven scheme, they're very nice. Was the scheme based on anything in particular? I'd totally forgot how big that spike was, I'd hate to know what he uses it for!

Thanks Harvetmouse! I based them loosely around American Football teams, very loosely the Minnesota Vikings. Blood Bowl was based on that after all and Jes Goodwin obviously drew from that with the helmets, face-guards, belts, leggings, scarfs etc. So I wanted to lay in the black and white striped helmets, grills and arm bands, give each player a number, and have a team logo for that feel (some of these have a nice, open shoulderpad for that). Found some nice Space Wolf transfers for the numbers and logo (wolf skull from above looks identical to skaven, as you can't see the teeth)!

Yeah that lineman spike is pretty extreme, I guess it's for the 7 square run-up mega foul :)
