News After a number of people bringing our attention to certain coaches cheating prior to the FUMBBL Cup, the staff has been working hard to investigate these allegations. We have concluded that a large number of people have been involved in a circle that cheats their way out of permanent injuries in matches in order to prepare their teams for tournaments or otherwise building their teams.
We (the FUMBBL staff) find this behaviour disrespectful towards everyone - other members of the community, the tournament organisers and the staff. After careful deliberation, the staff has decided to publish the names of these people here in order to stop massive rumour-mongering and witch-hunting.
The coaches we have identified are (in alphabetical order):
Alessandro, Arwahne, Artiach, Grandmaster, Falloubst, Forces, JerryZ, Karnstein, Onedicewonder, Plueschopath, PrinZeSsinpOrnO, Ramm, Scar_sf, Steinmeier, StrawberryKiss, Taempo, Telgos, Thorim, UberSkiller, WG|Dark_angel, Xentar
These people will all have their accounts suspended for up to 12 months, and will be indefinitely banned from official tournaments.
Some of these coaches were still part of the FUMBBL Cup, and they have been replaced with their most recent opponent to take their place.
We are quite frankly shocked over the extent of this cheating and are still investigating the matter. We are posting this beacuse we feel that we have managed to find most of the people involved and because we want to clear these people out from the FUMBBL Cup as swiftly as possible.
