Yes, he's not super special, but as Legend he deserved a blog.
About the Mino: I have not played enough games to draw a conclusion, but so far, although not terribly impressed, I find he is quite useful, compared to my expectations.
A ST 5 Guard can be used passively without rolling risky dice.
