v. 1.0 of the Chaos Halfling Icon Pack (CHIP) is here!
It features two generic chaos flings, carver, head carver and a very special tough chaos minotaur!

Installation:

Move the .zip to your JavaBBowl/pics/icons folder
Extract it. (My WinRAR calls this "Extract Here")

Indeed every archiver behaves a bit diffrently, bottom line is that you need the "CFlings" folder found within my .zip in your /pics/icons folder.

Another way is to extract just the icons (no sub folders) straight into your /pics/icons director and just drop the "/CFling/" part of the icons.ini edit I provided below.

Edit your icons.ini:
Chaos halfing section, replace with:

[CHAOS HALFLING]

HALFLING=/CFlings/chalfling1.gif
HALFLING=/CFlings/chalfling2.gif
CARVER=/CFlings/chalflingcarver1.gif
HEAD CARVER=/CFlings/chalflingheadcarver1.gif

Big guys section, add/replace:

CHAOS MINOTAUR=/CFlings/chalflingminotaur1.gif
