Creating Fluff For Your Team
The mighty (or slighty) beardy Warpheadz are my favourite team. They are starting to do ok in majors, have some excellent past players and been involved in some classic matches, especially in tournies. I think they deserve some fluff on their bio with all lovely links etc so I can keep a good history.

Problem is I have no idea how to even do a basic link!!! I would like to be able to do a few simple tasks to make their page better. Anyone got an idiots guide for a non programmer?

I would love to listen in on this!

That's something I've slowly been working on too, not very good yet but I used the introduction to bbcode guide https://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=notes&op=view&id=1

So far I've only really done tables https://fumbbl.com/p/team?team_id=836444 and other bits like that https://fumbbl.com/p/team?team_id=835297

Hope that helps a bit

Maybe we should create a group (or forum thread) for newbies to team bios? Could be a fun little project to all learn it together

Yeah I used the bbcode guide jdmickleburgh linked to create some of my bios, they are still very very basic compared to others' but there you go. This is what they look like:

Cheers guys. Lots of inspiration there. I'm on holiday at the moment so perfect time to learn something new! I'll give it a go and come back when I fail...............or have a lovely team page of course.

@Verminardo. This is high end for me. Very nice with the buttons and all.

@all. My biggest issue, is that when writing and I want to link something, I need to find the code , and then I accidentially leave the page I was on to find the code, and then I loose all my work. A way around that?

Hehe high end? Then what do you call this?

hehe. A guy with way too much freetime on his hands. Insane!

Well, I am not really into the fancy stuff, but bbcode is nothing more than the plain html5 code. Some variations maybe, but if you really want to go into this, I should say, read a bit about html / css stuff and you know what the code is doing.
