Dear Coaches!
I am happy to announce that OBC Sport SR Rankings is now in beta stage which means its existence is revealed to the public from now.
This is the new rankings which takes place of the one which was maintained manually by sonrises.
Sonrises made a great job but got tired over time.
He asked me in about one and a half years ago whether we could automate the rankings somehow.
In the meantime I got a child born (and soon another) but slow but sure we came to this moment.
We both hope that you fellow coaches will like it as much as we do!
Note that the results are not identical with the former rankings because the new one has a weekly rolling system with full ATP points table.
Without writing too much, let me recommend you to bookmark our page. Please follow these steps.

Finally an easy way to track down each and every tournament game I've ever played. Amazing! :-)

Well done! Clearly it was insanity (in a good way) to do it manually so automation was the way to go. Can't say that I understand any of it yet, but I'm sure I will, in time... ;-)

Finnally the day has come! To be honest, i thought at some point that this would never happen....;). It is true...1 year and a half cooking...thanks Adam to take on this project, put a massive effort in it and give tournament Rankings a chance to survive.
By early 2015, it became clear to me that i needed to take action if i wanted the Rankings to survive. As things were at the time, it was obvious that the Rankings would survive for as long as i would feed them. Finding someone to take the manual task i was doing...it was no option...There is just 1 idiot in the world to do it like that and it was me. So, i started knocking doors and trying to find help out of any of the script genius that live in this site. Luckily, Adam got passionate and engaged from second one which was a big relief.
Adam in his presentation of the SR rankings uses "we" this and that. Very generous but it is not true. I have not been involved at all in the designing process or anything. He has kept me informed regularly, but let's face it...i am not an IT genius so i could help zero. All the work and merit for this is his. My input zero. Hats off mate.
Finnally, i'd like to let you know, and Adam already knows this, that i step down and i will not longer be involved in the rankings. RL issues are taking up more of my time and i need to cut down on my Fumbbl time -Don't worry league comishs...my time in Fumbbl will be more leisure - casual play orienteted, that's all-.
Thanks again Adam...thanks too to the many coaches that enjoyed the old TOP25 Rankings, you kept pushing me to be on time with my updates....

You still deserve credit sonrises, for coming up with the idea in the first place and for keeping it going as long as you did, promoting it and making it popular among the coaches of Fumbbl! Thanks for all the hard work you maniac! :-))
