Rant about coaches
I'm pretty new to fumbbl, Granted not totally noob, but still pretty new. this rant is about a team of mine that I created. In the Stunty Leeg and the team can be found here: http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=407890

Now apparently when I created this team I violated the naming convention in naming my players numerically. I played a game with this team and no problem. So last night I played a game and at the end of the game, my game would not upload. After talking to the admins, it seemed that mid game my team was reported for violating the naming convention.

Now this really upsets me that some coach would just up and report me without speaking to me about it first. Had someone talked to me about it and made me aware of my folly, I would've retired the team and made a new one. Now I have to go through ALL this rigamarole to get the team approved so I can retire it. This process I've been working on for 2 days now.

To all those who read this, please follow your chain of command. It's ALWAYS easiest to start at the bottom and work your way up, and that first step would be confronting that person directly. IMO this procedure works wonders for getting issues resolved without putting even more work on the already overworked admins.

Thank you for listening
