I feel like thise early days of wow when the login servers were down
I felt I had to write this due to my obsession these last few months regarding fumbbl. Have always loved bloodbowl for the best part of 25 years indulging in the first cyanide iteration, a Christmas pulling out the box and death deathzone to defeat the elder brother and then often fannying around with spreadsheets me and my brother would make to replicate teams. I joked the other day and said we should set up a fluffy league and have human ai to play our teams lol.
Anyhow I was in the box last night when the servers went sque-if (fell over) and my chaos team got locked into a match and then I think it was only 10 hours later this morning when games started to play again. But I'm scheduled to play this team that was fine to play obviously last night but now hasn't been seen for 17 hours. And I was desperate to have a good session today to maintain my chaos racial lead in both. Obviously no one else is playing chaos lol. I've raised a ticket to free my team as well as try to contact the opponent from last night.
So I can't play but I feel like a women holding my phone checking for messages staring at my teams as though they will magically get spp, we wish lol.
Enjoy the read of an amused grown up acting like his toys run out of batteries.
This isn't a rant at the support, quite the opposite. Total appreciation for this website that continues to be a proper website (goes all shy as I don't have donation status yet, and that will change soon, been nearly 20 years using this great facility) The sites great and all the work and effort is amazing. Also a big thank you to whoever keeps approving my slightly changed logos:)
and can't wait to get back in the box. See you all soon.

Well, I know I mentioned this before regarding CIBBL but you can probably contact an admin on the #help channel on discord quicker than a ticket if it's a team you want freed up quickly. Can then even exit discord so it's not a distraction :)

That rings a bell, I really should get over my phobia of hearing people that aren't in my room. Might give it a try when the kids are tucked up to try and get a couple of games in tonight. Thanks for the response Rbthama

Yeah discord at first I was reluctant to add another program, but it's really valuable in terms of leagues over the site PM. Key thing to do is to figure out how to mute channels/notification sounds etc. you aren't interested in otherwise you can easily end up with it being distracting.

FUMBBL is the only Patreon I give to... and it's small, but a regular monthly donation is something that can be counted upon. If everyone did it, I'm certain Christer would be able to stockpile funds and upgrade servers regularly.
