Grimbonian Giantz 1 v 2 Lost Lycans Of Lumbria

Welcome to the national stage Giantz. After an interesting start to their formation (see team bio) the Rookie Greenskins made it through their debut season, Spring7 against the bash brothers over in the Eastern Steppes and the Mountains of Mourn unscathed, possibly due to Star Ripper and his merc troll friends playing most matches along with these rookies. As well as a mysterious wizard who seems to be like an assistant coach for them currently

"The stats don't seem to do this bloody game justice. An explosive start apart from the dropped pass attempt as Bakadon so dearly loves to see the greenskins fling the ball as well as bash. And I don't know what the wizard had been smoking but end of turn 1 and bang into the pack of wolves, a fireball, animals howling and screaming, killing one and maiming another whilst stunning others. There was 1 unfortunate dodge roll for the Lycans in amongst what was to come....

After the failed dodge the fouling cage received the ball and advanced trampling on those in there way..



The wolves ran away leaving the better (aka as target) of the carebears isolated....



and the fouling cage advanced again



Midas or the Lycans wasn't expecting to see such a swift and ruthless start from the rookies. And Ripper and his buddy troll hunting down the last and lesser of the carebear twins.

With those numbers advantage early on I'm surprised the Orcs ran the ball in much to Bakadons delight. The crowd were questioning the score rather than more blood and preventing a return score for the lycans.

And then with the wolves getting angry and clawing away at the orcs and a couple of orcs sent off for fouling the numbers swung the other way and took the game from from what was a "when does this game finish" to a "I'm gonna f#$k him up now, revenge and win" Needless to say they went in 1 a piece at halftime

Midas and the Lycans clawed there way back and got their TD to lead midway through the second half and defended well enough to prevent an ambitious lineman pass, lineman hand-off, blitzer catch in TZ and dodge in, obviously it failed before it got going at the pick up.

3rd game on the trot also to Ripper and more for his friendly trolls, sign em up the fans were heard singing after another useful game.

What a game, what a turnaround. A few scars for the Lycans losing a wolf and getting an agility hit on a ball carrier. The Eastern Steppes coaches roared at the result ready to crush the wounded Lycans

HOT OFF THE PRESS....

Next match is against his very own jdm's Emperors True Face who comes into this game nursing a few players and sending some off in wooden boxes after the Mountains of Mourns (grats Arale) bruising 2-1 victory over them. Its like the reverse of doubles pool when you actually want to play after someone, can I play whoever Arale plays the week before please!

2 of the lower TVs in the division, what can the Giantz do without that wizard or Ripper
