There is the 145 club. Even better, if you can afford lessons, there are a number of us who take on new students.

Join 145 club. And to be honest yes you will get hunted. When someone offers you a game and they have a ton of games played in open and very few in black box and a very high win % do not play those people. There are sharks on Fumbbl who just troll gamefinder and play new people for feel goods. Nobody who is not very high level should accept games from them. It's ok to decline offers.

Don't play on GF, play only in the Box, that way nobody can actively pick you.
Play strong tier 1 teams with a TV-efficient roster. Try to understand what you did wrong (ask people to watch your games and give feedback, if you can). Try to learn from your mistakes. Take note of the skills your players lacked in the games you played and get them and take the best skills you face. Try to build a good ball carrier.

I can send you a match report of our recent game. That might help a bit.

But if you drop in to 145 Discord you can get some advice from proper coaches. ;)

Those couches are vicious.

As has been said... 145 Club.
And there is a lot of fun to be had in formal leagues and tournaments if scheduling games are your jam.

I feel like I remember seeing you mostly queuing up with secret league teams right? That's a veeeeery small community in gamefinder which is already a small community. Theres only about 10ish people I see with any regularity on secret league gamefinder.

and teams in Secret League are "crunchy".
One more vote for the 145 Club.

You could also consider joining some community that runs both seasons and off-season matches. The 145 has been mentioned, but also I'd like to point out WOBBL which has a good spirit https://fumbbl.com/p/group?op=view&group=17397 and includes both Regular BB2020 and Secret League teams.

This helped me go from zero to something half decent. Internalise it and reinforce through practice.

a very quick look at some of your teams and i can see something that i would advise on thats nothing to do with your game play style. You seem to like spending spp on random skills rather than saving and buying more strategic, possibly secondary skills or even saving for stat bonus. You also seem very loyal to players who have multiple injuries and stat reductions. Trying being a bit more patient with your spp points and a bit less patient with your players. Your current squad build style is building a high TV team with skills that do not compliment your team style and have players that must get injured easily and so leave you with fewer on teh pitch. I have not watched any of your games so cant comment anything else so hope this is taken as intended.

Perhaps u have far too many teams. Focus on perhaps 5 to 10 teams and try to master them before creating new ones. On or after a game, ask ur opponent for a feedback. The most are very kind and can give some valuable hints. The rest is alread said in the answers above.
