Yay me! I've lost so many games I am officially under 130. Sometimes I wonder if I should just give up.

I know a coach that is now 180 ish CR and when I first played him he was 136. He is 20+ points above me, so it just goes to show that if play long enough you can do it. I would say that your first 200 games are the toughest, and then learning curve kicks in :D

Dont give up. If your aim is to up your CR then some cherry picking on Game Finder is in order. Otherwise just live with it and when you finally win a game rejoice in the fact that your CR will get a great jolt upwards and your opponent's CR will plunge :D
