You are being picked with stronger teams. Try to avoid that if you care about CR.

Nice one mate, I was hung up with being sub 140CR myself not so long ago, although now I turned it round, I don't care as much about CR, playing almost full time in the box!

Yeah, playing above stronger teams is tough, but 1) I'd rather play against strong teams than weak teams. and 2) It's hard to be picky about opponents with the 200+ team I'm playing.

I was in the same boat recently. I stopped playing with suboptimal teams that I don't use well and my CR rose dramatically. The journey from 140 to 150 is a bit tougher than the one from 130 to 140 is though.

One tip that helped me... play ranked tournaments especially rookie and low TR... you get a fairly even match with no cherry picking and you get a few of the top coaches that way. A win against them can boost your CR quite a bit and a close loss will also increase it.
Also they will push you to the limits and make you better. As long as neither if you get totally diced, so that you get a good shot to go toe to toe. Getting diced against a top coach will get your team slaughtered. And if they get diced you can learn from what they do to limit the dice rape.

I've tried bb and I don't necessarily like the idea of having to wait for a game. That said, I might give it a try.
