y'know, technially, if the people at the top of Box activate their teams, they're more likely to be cherry-picking - due to the random selector - than someone in ranked, due to their teams being the top of the division :P

box cherrypickers pick by exploiting the formula and the matchmaking algorithm. Also known as powergaming.

When the TS formula applied, for instance, having 0 RR had a bonus in TS. Then teams played with 0 RR and Leader. I'm sure powergamers will find the way to get advantage of the matchmaking system soon enough.
