Force Turn End
I am currently playing a game where I have been forced to end my turn without a warning.
I imagine this situation in TT:
Opponent is secretly looking at the clock and once the four minutes passed by he shouts "no more actions, your turn is over!"...

Don't take over 4 minutes then...

yes, i would do that, its funny. And by the way, no more one turn warning. I will time out u instantly in our smack match. Today?

Imagine someone taking the Tabletop-equivalent of 4 Fumbbl minutes to play a turn. Then try not to spend a whole day on that one match...

Well I think it's kinda like a double edged sword. The rules say that the limit is 4 minutes and you both should know that. But it would be polite and sportsmanship like to let your opponent know If you're going to force end turn. Always be prepared to end your turn after 4 minutes.

It is in the rulebook, you should ever be forced to end your turn at 4 minutes, actually.
Sadly the client has not automatic time out and this can generate whining from the timed out coach.

There is no automatic turn end in TT...
FUMBBL should be as close as possible to the original TT version I guess.

From page 7 of CRP :
"Normally, a turn only ends when all of the players in the team have performed an Action. However, certain events cause the turn to end before all of the players have taken an Action. These events are called turnovers. The following events cause a turnover:

(I skipped the other points for brevity)

5. The four-minute time limit for the turn runs out."

The fact that in tabletop people generally don't time out (not enforcing a clearly written rule) doesn't mean that you shouldn't time out on FUMBBL too.

Also most Tournament Rules (TT) I have read say that each round has a time limit (usually around 2 hours) but if your opponent is taking too long "remind" them of the 4 minute rule... that said, I consider it polite just to say before timing someone out.

Equally it would depend on the game on here for me too, for example in League playing against people I would deem friends I would not time out. Going so far as to re-arrange to finish the game if something else cropped up etc. For Blackbox or Ranked if things were getting ridiculous then I would perhaps mention it on the third time my opponent went over the 4 minutes but for Tournament games I would expect to be timed out instantly and so apply the same approach myself (still I would mention as the 4 minutes got close, I just cannot help being me).
