Birthday Fun!
So, in a weeks time I'm celebrating my 19th birthday, not only that but I'm getting ready for moving back to Uni. And as such, I will have rather a busy week, follwed by a week in which I'll probably be very drunk. However, for my love of bloodbowl I want to do something a bit fun to celebrate my first fumbbl birthday.
So, this Monday (26th of August) while I'm not too busy. I'm going to have a halfling marathon in which I will will play against each race once and want to play as many races as possible. The standards of bloodbowl will probably be rather poor, as I've never played as flings before, but it will be silly & fun so I'm very much looking forward to it.
So if you enjoy silliness or if you just want to beat on a fling team, look out for 19th Fling Legion during monday accepting the 1st unplayed race in ranked that picks me :) And I shall see you on the pitch!
P.S. If you're wondering what to get me for my birthday, heres a hint:~ Inducements are fun :P

Wow, 19 actual years, not 19 years of playing BB? I passed my 21 of the latter a while ago, doesn't help to be better though...

When I was 19 there were no mobile phones least not any that you could hold in one hand. The lottery had just started and people still believed you could win the bloody thing. Arsenal still won trophies and people still had jobs and money. In short I wish I was 19.

Hah, I love all the comments from the old timers. Reminds me of the confession thread a while ago where I realised my 21 years of age was very much on the low end of the scale.

Well........as the board game (in reality) has hardly changed in 19 years, and FUMBBL client innovation, is a fancier look and predictive movement in 11 years..........I think using your mind and playing aliens is being a bit optimistic. Maybe voice commands? or more likely a scaleable client!

AHH rookie fling coach mistake. 900tv team means at least ur first game u will need to find a team within 10% ie 990tv ie less than a new team... may not be a problem if u can find some beat up teams ooking for a game. UNLESS u wanna get a few games in before that maybe 20 or so then you can play anyone... then its inducement city

Yeah, I noticed that just after I readied the team . . . But ah well, it'll work itself out after a game or two.
