Dwarven Lessons Learned
When I struggle with a certain type of team, I make one and then go play anybody. In this way, I see what people do to beat me and I learn how to play against that type of team.

I did this recently with dwarves. What I learned is to bind all those little longbeards up into a nice scrum and then run around them. Against one coach, seven of my longbeards were tied down my 3 Rotters and 3 beastmen. That left 5 beast men to go against my 4 runners/slayers. I won the game, because block skill rocks and even a runner can toss a long bomb to a longbeard sometimes.

My dwarves stuggled most against the necro. They can mark my longbears with regenerating zombies and tie up two players at a time with golems, leaving me with an effective 2 man disadvantage against quicker and harder hitting wolves. Now that my dwarf team has guard on most of the longbeards, the strategy is not as effective, but at the same time, my opponents now have advanced enough to nullify my block advantage. In short, good ball handling, and sacrificial team play to occupy the longbeards equals a fair chance of victory.
