Buying stars and what not is too be done during the pre-game sequence. So instead of creating routines to make it impossible to follow the rules, why not make a routine that makes it impossible to break the rules?

I propose that buying stars and what not be handled at the client AFTER you join the game. But the purchases don't appear anywhere until you opponent has also made his purchases. That way you can't be sneaky and spy on your opp before making your decisions.
