One World One Blood Bowl #25: Blood Bowl 3 launch review. Is it any good?
One World ,One Blood Bowl #25. Sunday 26th Feb, https://www.twitch.tv/purplechest 9pm UTC. Then on podcast, vodcast, and discussed around the watercooler from 24 hours later.
After the long years, and the worryingly scrappy beta tests, Blood Bowl 3 has launched.
PC, XBox, Playstation, Switch and Smart Fridge (one of those not true)all have access, so, is it any good? Is it the future? Does the entire world benefit from finally having a micro transaction fed BB machine behemoth to rival the entirely free FUMBBL?
And if it does, is this it?
And should people buy it?
Discussing this, as well as no doubt many other blood bowl related things will be:

AndyDavo: Top TT player and BB2 streamer.
Enarion: BB2 Streamer and Game design expert.
JimmyFantastic: The OG of BB2 streaming and Youtube content.

With RickWreckless parenting a brand new baby, I am getting the band back together from the beta test, and seeing what they think of the Blood Bowl 3 launch.
So what do you think of BB3? What questions should i ask? What issues shall we grapple with? will you come watch it live? catch up afterwards? or ignore it and carry on with your life like it never happened?

Question to the Streamers:
Given the big disappointment around the release, how can we help to channel that energy into constructive feedback and actual support for the developers to get their priorization right and the crucial game breaking bugs can be resolved?
Just bashing them all over social media will not give them more resources to fix the game. And we're stuck with them anyways so we need to start to be more supportive as a community.

I dunno, I dont think we're stuck with them. I'd much rather push people to use fumbbl, and just stop supporting bb3

I think this could actually be a solution!
Fumbbl is perfect, only reason people don't use it's that is a bit "obscure".
I don't see many people rushing to download Java and creating an account in an old forum to play some games.
I mean, I did it! But I don't think I'm the majority, far from it :P
Maybe with more support we could start aiming for some small animations on the pitch, trying to make the game looking more appealing to those who dismiss FUMBBL due to thigns like graphic and such.. Just an idea. A bad one most likely.

Out of curiosity... Is there any concern that fumbbl gets to the point where GW starts to worry it affects their revenue stream and comes after it? I know the banner at the bottom tells me to research GW IP policy but that sounds hard and I'm lazy.
