Having a go at SFC (Speed Freaks Challenge)
First about the idea of SFC:

Its a bit like playing chess with 10 second turns. You dont really get to think things through and is quite stressed out by it.
This doesnt sound like a nice thing, but it actually works fine nad is somewhat funny.

Then about practicing it:

Well, here i am a bit disappointed. First of, it is exhausting when things dont go smoothly. You have to play 4 back to back games, and although turns go faster, you still need more time on your hand than in an ordinary smack.

2ndly, when i meet a stupid coach i like to be able to go away from the game, instead you're tied up by massive delays and further matches. I would prefer a regular league with speed freaks challenge rules anytime. 4 games back to back is too tiresome, especially since i had trouble with 2 of my games, luckily only one of them was due to an opponent trying to trick me (long story and admins are aware of it).

All in all, there will be a long time before i again accept a thing like that. On the other hand, the team came out of it pretty strong, so cant complain about that even though i ended up losing 2, drawing once and winning once.

This could be helped, if this recent instability was improved, as this would help speed things up a bit (less disconnecting and reloading games). Does this has something to do with a certain person moving (in that case, ofcourse, he has to move back and make it all back to the way it was ;o) ).
