Wrestle is not expensive. You will only have 4 or 5 linos in a zon team. So thats only 80 or 100 tv. Fend is a later skill and they shouldnt get that until your Blitzers have all got Guard, MB, PO, Tackle anyway.

Okay, iwill try maybe, but imho fend it's useless skill for amazon, they have a dodge to avoid blocking and my zons are very often powed then it's doesn't matter. Much often i will get a tackle, dirty player or sure hand for my linos.

Fend is a great skills for amazons, because it negates Pile On and you do not want to give those nasty orcs and dwarves a re-roll for your armour or injury. Also you do have dodge to help you stay on your feet when dodging, but it is a 3+ roll which I would prefer not to make and it can just help you stay clear of tackle zones so you can use your superior Ma over bashy teams to make the difference.

Anyway if the amazon team will be too easy to play then i will retire them, if someone claiming, that they are easy, then first should play against CD or dwarfs.
Btw i think fend skill for amazon still is doubtfull, why ? because zons don't doin much blocks, they should find some contact, i won't runaway all match from PO and MB, zons have guard and MB too and i can give something back. If some lino will die then it's a the bloodbowl destiny.

They can give some back but you are never going to out bash dwarves or orcs and movement and positioning is the way to beat them. Fend is very good not just for leaving your players free to move but it also stops teams cage moving forward,
I played dwarves with them on the old client and drew 1 lost one, which isnt great. But it is a lot easier to play them now than it was although still one of the hardest match ups in the game.

And that's the problem, if i will give fend to linos then my blitzers will be pilling oned and might blowed on the ground by stinky, hairy, fatty guys. ;D There will be alwas good aim for PO/MB . Actually linos making very good job, they are defending the blitzers and catchers. Btw i can always choose if i want dodge or not and PO isn't always succeded.
