--edit: This isn't a whine about anything. I'm trying to understand why the comments that were made, were made. Also, why a game that was very enjoyable and challenging to me was not even close for my opponent.
Don't look at this as a 'grievance' or a 'whine'..that isn't what it is. I'm not trying to prove I wasn't bloodthirsty and a whiner. (personally, I believe I might have been a bit of the former, but not the latter).

Apparently, I'm a bloodthirsty, don't care about winning player..and I whine?
But I don't recall whining in the chat that game..
Oh, I think I know now. Near the end of the game he made this a comment about how I'd been lucky this game.
At the time of his comment, I had 3 players on the pitch to his 7ish, and 10 players OUT to his 5 OUT. I did not feel lucky. and I pointed this fact out.
Of course, he pointed to my dodge (no RR) long pass (5+, pass), no int (5-), catch (4+ in tz, catch), dodge (3+, dodge) for a score..yea, that was lucky. Oh, and I'd killed a player.. both of which he pointed out.
I guess it was whining of me to point out that my luck had been both good and bad, while his had been mostly good (tho some bad)
On to the bloodthirsty part. Apparently RR'ing blocks is bloodthirsty and only wanting CAS instead of scoring.
Several of those RR's were to get key players down to try to open up threats on the Ball Carrier. At least a couple were to avoid falling down myself. Ok, there was one, late in the game when I was down to 5 players (one stunned) and he had the ball very well protected..I had no chance (well, lots of 6's) to get to it, and there was a straggler. ..so I blocking her..push to my piling on guy. pushes, rr pushes. Blitz with tackler..down..killed....yes, I was 'bloodthirsty' on that one block. other rr's on blocks were either to avoid me going down (turnover) or in frustration at not getting any downs (like the 1st turn of the 2nd half).
Still, think it is very amusing that I'm the bloodthirsty, whiner, when he fouled every other turn (8 fouls) and said "geez" after the 3rd or so foul did not injure a player.
--now, I know I'm an average player, at best. I make no bones about it at all. However, I try to win every game I play...and sometimes that means I have to try things that don't have a high probability of working...sometimes they work, often they don't..that's why I only have won about 45% of my games (tho I think I'm doing a tad bit better since returning to FUMBBL when the FFB client came out)
Oh, one last thing to talk about. My opponent chided me for not sticking around after the game. Really, there wasn't much to be said that hadn't already been discussed...and I wanted to go manage my team, see if I got any skills, type my post game comments, etc.
--I''m bad about adding more, so here is more :)
His strategy was to bunch up tightly for the most part. often times having 7 or 8 players in a 3x3 block. This gave him some great fouling opportunities and many more 3db's than I am used to seeing. (come to thing of it, if his one time getting kicked out hadn't happened, I might have had a chance to chain push his ball carrier out of bounds..hmm)
I've failed horribly when trying do do that in the past. And, at least with my dwarves, have often wanted others to do it, as it often makes pushing the ball carrier out of the scrum to be blitzed easier. This game it worked for him, as I never had the man power (was always down at least one player the whole game)...and he rarely put his ball carrier in amongst the scrum. I probably could learn from this game on how to position better...
that is enough for now :)
