Just realized yesterday was my 50th (!) match already within about 2 weeks only, since I have joined this site.
...I think I've got to watch it not to become addicted ; )
...The 50th match was a real record-breaking match for me too:

1. 
   
2. 5 TD in a single game, including a 1-turner from my opponent
   
3. 3 TD with my dwarfs in a single game
   
4. First 2-turner for my dwarfs (yeah, they'r becoming real sprinters, these days!)
   
5. First time I've seen TTM actually work (my opponent's 1-turner on 8th turn, 1st half)
   
6. Hit 184 / 183 with the team
   

Goals for the future:

1. 
   
2. Score 4 TD in one game
   
3. Develop an (even) faster Dwarf team
   
4. Manage and maintain at least a 50% win-rate
   
5. Keep my CR above 150 (it's barely above now, despite a win-rate of 48%)
   
6. Manage a win vs. Orcs (6 games so far, about 50% lost, 50% tied)
   
7. Play more tourneys in order to get more exciting games with my Dwarfs (not just Zombie-bashing ;) - especially vs. fast / agile teams like Skaven / Elfs (haven't played *any* since I hit 120TS...)
   
8. Catch on with the tourneys (where one is held, how to apply)
   
9. Win 1 tourney (no matter how small)
   
10. Enter a major tourney with my best [R]-team at 175 TR
    
11. Learn more about the ratings in order to be able to trim them better (just learnt yesterday it's better to fire most of those assistant coaches ;)
    
12. Learn how to replay my own games and how to upload pictures ('never worked so far...)
