Here's a recipe that is relatively cheap and filling. Playing Blood Bowl is easier when you're not starving to death. This recipe was given to me by my sister-in-law several years ago.
Sandy's "Big Mouth" Ranch Burgers
1 pound of Ground Beef
1 packet of Ranch Dressing Mix, powdered. (do not use ranch dressing from a bottle, it simply won't work and it makes a big mess.)
1 raw Egg
Directions:
Combine ingredients by hand in a large bowl. Make sure that all the egg and ranch powder is used up and completely mixed, this ensures maximum flavor.
Next form patties from the mixture. These patties can be any size you like. I usually make mine 5 to 6 inches in diameter and an inch thick. You can usually get four descent sized patties out of a pound of hamburger.
Place patties in a skillet and fry on Medium heat until both sides of the patty are seared. Be careful not to burn them.
The egg ingredient is there to hold the patty together during frying and cannot be tasted after the burger is fully cooked.
These burgers are big enough to satisfy a Dwarven appitite and more than a Goblin can handle.
Blood Bowling and Red Meat, just seem to go together.
Enjoy!!!
