Goblin fans rejoice! XXXL is about to kick off their new season! Just five more times where you forget to brush your teeth! Next saturday starts XXXL - Brave new Waaaagh !

As is and has always been tradition since the End Times XXXL organized a Pre-Season Tournament in cooperation with one of their main sponsors.
This time the league collaborated with Undertaker’s Gazette to run the Boneyard Invitational. This company makes a living with expensive funerals and hoped to raise demand by creating an extremely dangerous tournament! As such they introduced a greasy Spiked Ball to play!

Despite the huge danger 16 brave teams applied! They played, they fought, they blocked and stomped and clawed! Stabbed, dismembered,... bombed. Trolls puked! Also SHOELACES! Some players died, some players raised! And two very top teams made it to the finals and will clash off tonight live on fumbbl!

On the one side we have the very experienced Bad Apples coached by halfabrain (GR:162.32). Hailing from the Headz side of the coin we live on, this team means serious business. Just take a look at how much Block they have! Look at their playernames!
If you ever thought an apple tasted bad, you have not yet seen their evil, cheating Pogoer! It will make your stomach turn around when Falling down and jumping up side step dodges once again. Git always scores! The team features also their own homegrown Star Player troll Shouting then silent. They were also able to "hire" two new pale faced players when smashing reigning XXXL champions Moody Moonz via Field Goals in the tournament's semi finals!

Representing Tailz we have former XXXL Bowl champions Gobbolchevickz coached by subs (GR:160.9). This team dreams about returning to former glory and dominance.
Their bearded Marxkarl is not only one of the strongest trolls in XXXL history but also a critic of political economy, economist, historian, sociologist, political theorist, journalist and socialist revolutionary. He very much likes to throw team mate Sukoï-Boy Jr, a certificated and proud Doom Diver, one of the last of his kind in XXXL... and he has a niggle, so who knows for how much longer we will see flying Goblins.
They also speak french. As do many other XXXL coaches. An alarming high number actually. Soon these blog posts will be in french.
