A coach is wanted to take over a playoff contender team, which made playoffs in both seasons.

Draft League Atlantic is RECRUITING for season3. The parameters:
- Draft will start in about a week time. Season3 games will start in about 3 weeks.
- 16 teams with 2 conferences and 4 divisions (4x4 structure).
- EU time zone as default (so in case of debate, game should be scheduled for EU peak hours), but divisions are split according to preferred gaming hours. (We have currently 4 divisions. One for early EU evening (19.00bbtime), one for later EU evening (21.00), one for nightwalkers and americans, and one flex with flexible schedule.)
- 14 games regular season, then playoffs with 8 teams.
- 14 days rolling deadline.
- New recruit will get equal chances to compete right away by taking over an existing team of their choice.
- Fully customized rosters. Shiny icons and logos.
- Trading players is possible, and encouraged.
- DRAFT system! Worst select first, best selects last.
- No inducements. Free Agent system instead to help teams with losses.
- Every player spends max 4 seasons in the league, so parity is auto-enforced.
- No piling on.
- DLA Discord channel. League is managed there.
