Draft League Europe is looking for a new coach. DLE is a franchise based league based in the Old World ranging from Reikland, to Bretonnia, to Estalia, to Tilea and all the way up to Kislev. It is running with exactly 32 teams just like NFL.

DLE has a long history, will start its 10th season in September.

The team which is looking for new owner is the Bilbali Rangers. The new coach will have the option to customize the roster to his vision in forms of extra players, to replace the permed guys. (Will also get advice about the meta and good choices if he/she wants to.) The Rangers are a team with rich tradition, which includes multiple playoff appearances.

The ideal candidate
- Willing to communicate. From community activities to scheduling games, this is by far the most important demand of DLE.
- League player.
- Makes roster decisions with long term focus over immediate benefits.
- Speaks English in a mixed nation community. (We have coaches from Mexico, USA, Canada, and from a big number of European countries.)
- Can play games in European prime hours, at least twice in every 10 day cycle. (A round takes about 10 days, having at least 2 options makes scheduling easier, and not reliant on opponents full compliance.)
