I do think actually that you would be the favourite with a tackler. I cant see anything especially strong on the opposing team besides a couple of dodge.

Moranion seems like a good option. He has 4 catchers which sucks until you have much higher TV. =)

im a huge fan of wiz, especially when you are playing as elves or skaven. it has the downside of getting 2 babes and "nothing else" with it, what is not a very good use of 140k. i dont expect a hell lot of bashing :P

i understand the concern with the dodgers and moranion has a good case, id like to point out than hubris has MB, and with 3 rookie catchers - thats worth a lot. you wouldnt have the babe to go with, but with 12 players thats maybe not as bad.

so for me the decision would be: do i want to steal the ball from him and score on his drive? => wizzard
do i want to allow him the score, but force him to score on t7, using those 7 turns to reduce his numbers so i can stall out half 2? hubris.

Hhhmmm. First of all thanks for the comments.
Following the discussion I am still undecided between Moranion and Hubris, but not convinced of the wizard alternative. I prefer to have added firepower on the field during the game over a flashy one-time effect. And my 11 rookies are not at all sturdy. Having a 12th player could prevent the team from being outnumbered.
