C) It's good that you've started taking some slightly bashier picks. It means your team will suffer more losses (as you've noticed), but it also means that you (as a coach) and therefore all your teams will get a lot better. Updated, this is now starting to feel like work, so if I have to update again, I will bill you. 10 minute slices, minimum billable hours 2h per month and client, EUR 150 an hour + tax.
