Had this recently as well, not able to resolve it. You will need to get the game cancelled. Shame it still exists.

I really dont think it is a bug, i.e. the original position.

Here I used Grab, but this most often happens due to sidestep on the shadowing player. Basically, a sidestep to the side, that allows you to stay in contact with the original square of the attacker, then you shadow into that square. I assume somebody complained about the original results (probably due to canceling frenzy, or possibly PO) but if you look at it step by step, there is nothing wrong with switching places.
