Just the concept of a midterm feels strange to me, as I normally don't do US classes at all. But I digress, while avoiding preparing for a midterm, I done some serious FUMBBL-ing and arguing on the boards, and the latest distractions is:
Who to build to a sacker, as posted on my latest blog post, but that decision I can postphone until the skill is rolled.
And, how to manage the linos; I normally nowadays build W-D-SS linemen, to survive on the line; and anything that survives that or rolls something funny, like Ag+ get a different role.
This has worked out fine, and is one of the few ways I can keep DE losses down. But what is the best GENERAL path after W/D/SS (on ranked)?
Before PO, and the latest changes I would have said Jump-up, then tackle, or Tackle/DT. Jump-up is ok, but a lot less attractive if you even risk playing somebody that are allowed to reroll armour breaks.
I'm not talking about one guy, having one wrackle guy etc. but something that unless you need something specific, i.e. ceterus paribus is the better choice. Anyone got a real opinion? I assume you use developed linemen on Darkelfs, instead of kicking them off the team to keep TV down.
