FUMBBL :: Online Blood Bowl League

Compiled from across FUMBBL, this is all the league news that's come to my little furry ears. If you know more that is going on, please let razmus know so he can add it to the next edition, which should be released at the end of May. I've added stars in the upper right corners of each league represents it's size/status, as a suggestion from ramchop.


Timezone/Region	World, but focused on Coaches new to Bloodbowl or new to Fumbbl	✶
Rules	BB2020
Current status	Spring 2022 tournament well underway
Next steps	If you're new, they'll find space for you... but all the open slots are taken!

Timezone/Region	Europe	✶
Rules	BB2020, divisions with promotion/relegation
Current status	Roughly two rounds or so left in Season 25
Next steps	Finish the current season and start recruiting very soon.

Timezone/Region	Europe but with coaches from everywhere. Very large, fluff heavy league.	✹
Rules	BB2020 with modified Secret League, and customized BB2016 skill progression. Only one team per roster.
Current status	Well into Summer Year 9
Next steps	Fall/Autumn is traditionally tournaments with teams divided by team prestige.
To contact	Actively recuiting for a June start! New teams either enter a Youngbloods tournament or the general mix depending on timing, and with a league this large they're almost always recruiting. Contact C0ddlefish and/or join them on the SL Discord in their own section.

Current status	Just shy of the midpoint of Season 2.

Rules	BB2020
Current status	Beginning of Season 63, five divisions of eight teams each.
Next steps	Season 63 continues. New coaches/teams will be put on a wait list and when they reach four new teams, they will play in an open division to prepare for Season 64.

Timezone/Region	Mainly Europe but Coaches in North and South America, Canada too. 14 day turns!	★
Rules	Transition to BB20 for coming Season, Draft League, Human rosters, custom seasons and re-draft. Custom Icons and Team logo's.
Current status	Finishing up Season 8 - Play-Offs and a KO Cup for non-Play Off teams.
Next steps	They were recently recruiting for a final slot, but if you're interested, contant them soon. This could launch anytime now!

Current status	Converting to BB2020 rules... rosters being converted now.

Current status	Half way thru the second half of season one in the 2020 rules.
Next steps	End of season, and a randomized sorta redraft happens.

Current status	Second half of season 28, then the playoffs and the Super Bowl

Rules	BB2020, with custom seasons
Current status	Established football programs are being converted to the new ruleset, and new teams are coming on-line. New coaches interested in playing should express their interest RIGHT NOW!
Next steps	Season 40 starting the first week of June. Seriously don't delay if you're interested in playing this season. (Officially applications accepted all the time, and either they can fill in, or join at the start of the next season -- but you don't wanna miss the start of the season, do ya?)

Current status	Returning teams are/have redrafted, and the league is actively recruiting new coaches/teams RIGHT NOW!

Current status	Post season one redrafting and recruiting happening now. (Recruiting via forum post)
Next steps	Each team can play four friendlies, and Season Two tournament tentatively starts June 1st.

Rules	BB2016 with established teams, which are imported.
Current status	Recruiting but an open round robin has been created to keep teams in their fighting trim.
Next steps	Looking for coaches with orphaned BB2016 League teams for a new season.

Timezone/Region	Oceania (GMT +7 to +12)	✷
Rules	BB2020
Current status	Season 91 winding down, with two rounds remaining
Next steps	Promotions/relegations between divisions, and the mayhem continues, but they do it all upside down.
To contact	Talk to Wozzaa about getting started or join them on the SWL Discord and 'ask to be drafted and hazed.' New teams need a little time to draft and get 'some blooding games' played before they're fed to the le... err... before they start.


Timezone/Region	New Zealand/Australian time zone preference With a bit of a lean towards NZ	✶
Rules	SL2020, each roster can only be represented once.
Current status	The Wilkinson Sword and "The Mullet" eliminiation tournaments half way point.
Next steps	The new season will start with a building tournament, the Secret Smack... then the new season. Now sounds like a perfect time to be recruited!

Timezone/Region	New Zealand	Established 6th March 2015	✶
Rules	BB2020. Equivalent pools with tiered postseason playoffs to decide champion. No redrafting or TV caps. Expensive mistakes and Spiraling expenses both active. Older players may pickup a niggle between seasons (aging)
Current status	Late in Season 29.

Rules	BB2020 with 2016 skill progression, but each team granted a canine player and all linemen may have sneaky git.
Current status	Season one complete

Rules	BB2020, but with standard, stunty leeg, secret league, dungeon bowl, plus rosters. (If you can't find a roster to play in all that, you aren't really trying. Two legged conference schedule.
Current status	Recruiting for season one, still accumulating interested coaches
