FUMBBL :: Online Blood Bowl League

Compiled from across FUMBBL, this is all the league news that's come to my little furry ears. If you know more that is going on, please let razmus know so he can add it to the next edition, which should be at the end of the month.
There are several leagues actively recruiting (NWBL in the Americas, MBBL in France, and WIL in the UK), and several other groups either currently between season or soon to be. If you were considering trying out league play then this is one of those good times to jump in.


Timezone/Region	World, but focused on Coaches new to Bloodbowl or new to Fumbbl	✶
Rules	BB2020	✶
Current status	Summer tournament is underway. There are only a small handful of available slots, and stratification has occurred, but there are still a lot of other coaches who have yet to play their fist game. The season is still viable and fun. There's also a 145 Sprint available for 145 teams so inclined.

Current status	Season 25 is complete.

Timezone/Region	Europe but with coaches from everywhere. Very large, fluff heavy league.	✹
Rules	BB2020 with modified Secret League, and customized BB2016 skill progression. Only one team per roster.
Current status	Autumn Year 9, which is divisions by prestige, about at the half way point.
Next steps	Winter Friendlies, then Year 10 Regionals.

Rules	BB2020, but someone has to wield the axe...	✶
Current status	Season two regular play has just two games left, and is more than a week past the original deadline. Come on guys, get it together and play those games!
Next steps	Season two playoffs. Still accepting applications, for an additional division to start when there are sufficient new teams. This would be a good time to start contacting the commissioners if you were interested in playing season three.

Current status	Special Summer Challenge, Open Round Robin... looks to still be pulling in coaches/teams. But like so many open round robin... no games are getting played. <EDIT>"Laboratoire is put on hold for the moment."</EDIT>
Next steps	Old teams limited to 1300 TV, new teams enter with a couple free skills. Season 5 will be an open round robin for July and August : players arrange games between them up to 5 or 6 (to be confirmed). 2 teams allowed per coach, specific bonus points given per different coach and different roster played

Timezone/Region	Europe maybe, please don't let the goblins across the pond.	★
Rules	BB2020, with custom goblin themed rosters. With rulz (HA!) written by and for goblins. Oh the madness.	★
Current status	Season <who the heck knows -- goblins can't count!>, but it's apparently year four over there. They seem to be winding down on the current tournament (two games left), and someone will hopefully find them something to do to keep them all off the streets!
Next steps	Only Nuffle knows, and she ain't talking. There's also an association with XXL -- talk to mekutara, they seem to understand what's going on. (Seriously though, if you enjoy the chaos that is stunties... cranked up to eleven... get in touch with mekutata. Between seasons is usually the best time to jump in.)

Rules	BB20 Draft League, Human rosters, custom seasons and re-draft. Custom Icons and Team logo's.	★
Current status	Just short of half way into Season 1
Next steps	Season 1 for the next 4-5 months. Contact to be put on the wait list in case they have a coach drop out.

Current status	Final round of the current season, and on track to finish towards the end of the month.
Next steps	End of season, and a randomized sorta redraft happens. If you're interested in embrassing the chaos, now would probably be an excellent time to start making that interest known.

Rules	BB2020. Equivalent pools with tiered postseason playoffs to decide champion. No redrafting or TV caps. Expensive mistakes and Spiraling expenses both active. Older players may pickup a niggle between seasons (aging)
Current status	Season 30 underway.

Mbbl is actively recruiting in order to start beg of september with 30+ teams (a dozen is already ready and as many currently drafting their team).

Laboratoire is put on hold for the moment.
