I am in the early steps of starting up the newest season of my TT leage, the UWFL. It is a very fun league, that is seeing some new teams come in for the first time in several years. To make it much more exciting, we have all retired our teams and are starting as rookies. Some unique fluff to the league.

Welcome to the UWFL (Under World Football League)
Opening: A group of goblin cheaters sat around a table at a dirty bar. While bragging about immense wealth they have stolen, one goblin stood up and slammed his fist on the table. “Listen up scum; you want to make lots of gold, bet on this.” He pulled out a book that was filled with Blood Bowl stats and plays. There was talk of humans, ogres, elves, goblins, and other races playing a violent, bloody sport. “Let’s bet on this.”

League Rules:
1. This is a league that will operate the same as the NFL. You will one match to play a week. Every coach will have a bye week at some point in the season.
2. There are no ties when people are betting. Not allowed. So every match must have a winner. That means overtime and sudden death.
3. At the end of the season, the teams with the best records will play for the UWFL championship.
4. If possible, I would like to have a third person to oversee the matches. Impartial judge. I know how hard this might be, but we will try.
5. There is no conceding in this league. It gives other teams unfair advantages.
6. The SPP ratings will work the same as normal, with one exception. The winning team of the championship will get the losers MVP bonus. Making that team get two and the losers none.
7. The fouling rule has been slightly changed. The act of fouling will add its own +1 to armor, in addition to the normal plusses.


Prizes:
1. Since this a league run by cheaters, you have the option of buying a star player permanently. The rules for this are: If the Star player get permanently hurt or killed, that player keeps that. You cannot re-hire him and he will be back to full stats. If he dies, that player may never play in UWFL again. At the beginning of each season, you must pay that players salary or he will leave the team. You can re-hire him if he leaves the team. All other Star players’ rules apply.
2. The winner of the championship will have their choice between two prizes. The can either choose: 1. a healing potion, which will remove all injuries from a single players or resurrect a dead player to their former glory. A resurrected player will have all skills they had when dying, but none of the injuries they might have had. This is one time use. 2. The team becomes so famous from winning, that the goblins will buy them a lineman from any team roster. That player will become a part of your team and have all of their normal starting skills. They will have 2 extra skills, pro and animosity.
3. At the end of the season, there will be prizes given to the best offense players, defense players, and a few other categories.
