LEGEND SKILL.

What do you give a +MA+MA+AG blodge wolf for a legend skill?

Well +ST or +AG probably... but I get only a normal skill choice this time.

  1. Sure hands - ball carrier
  2. Sure feet - extra pace
  3. Sidestep - safe on the sideline
  4. Shadowing - just 'cos MA10
  5. Tackle - never can have enough (and I got only 1)


I'm almost certainly going with sure hands, however a compelling argument may sway me elsewhere.

Other than that I just wanted to show off my toy before it died.

ah right, sorry, well still SH, Ma10 is amazing especially with ag4, perfect for grabbing loose balls and running away, and making 2 turn TD from pick up.

ma10 is piece of cake OT without needing sprint really... seems a waste of a skill to me. SS makes it easy too and has more uses.

I'd probably go sure hands though.

shadowing is fun, side step is practical and helps OTT(so you don't have to it on defense anymore.)

For some reason and I'm not sure why 'fend' is saying to me it's not a bad choice. I would also consider strip ball. Of your choices I would consider side step and tackle.

I really like the idea of shadowing. It is a skill I would try not to use on a regular basis, BUT it may win you a game here and there. A skill like that is amazing in a later round of a Tournament. At the end of the game, when it is one the line, that is a real threat. Think about a team that is low on RRs., and you are trying to get him to fail something. Any slow MA team are usually also low on AG. Having to dodge several times is a real problem. Also on a deep kick, he will have real issues moving the ball to a safer position. 10 MA and Shadowing will force him to return players to remove the Wolf. It also leaves Blitzes to your POMBers. You don't have to blitz with that wolf, because you can rely on him F'ing things up more frequently. There by attacking the other players in the centre of the field.

The negative being is that he also is in contact more regularly than I would tend to place him in without Shadowing.

My two cents there. Any way you dice it, he is an amazing player.

If he had sidestep, shadowing becomes a lot more attractive.

Sure hands is more likely to have an impact on rerolls [mine] than shadowing without sidestep. MA10 blodge sidestep shadowing would be a great combination.

Another vote for sidestep. for multiple reasons.
