Time has a tendency to pass quickly, and we're slowly getting closer to the BB2020 release (still "holiday season"). In order for FUMBBL to be able to support the new ruleset, there are a huge load of things needed to be done and I've come to the conclusion that me and the other developers involved in this effort could do with some assistance.

I'm not particularly looking for a developer, but instead a couple of people to help with the admin side:

1. Project Manager
We need someone to sit down and break down the necessary changes into smaller feature chunks ("Skill X needs to be changed to ABC", etc) and add them to the project board we're using to track these things (Asana). It's a fair bit of work up front to get this done, after which keeping track of the project should require less effort.

2. Test lead
There will be a LOT of changes, and the client will need to be consistently tested to make sure things don't break and that the new features work as intended. Having someone coordinate testing and keeping track of test cases and communicating these to the developers would be very valuable. I've been doing this myself to some extent, but it's clear that it would be beneficial for someone else to take this on in order to let me put energy into the development effort instead. This person would have less to do initially, but the workload would increase a bit later in the project. Note that this person doesn't necessarily have to do the actual testing, but needs to be able to coordinate the tests and work on getting actual testers onboard and doing meaningful things.

There are a couple of additional requirements for both of these roles. Discord presence during European evenings is required. Also, I'm mainly looking for people with their own "drive", willing to take initiative and put in the work to get things done. These are both tasks I need to get done, and I simply don't have the energy to put in to make them work well. Adding a team member who I need to constantly check on isn't going to be that helpful.
